Change Date format of DataTable row from MMddyyyy hh:mm:ss to dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm:ss C#

I have a DataTable that has a row 'CreationDate' that has date and time in MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss format.

string date = dt.Rows[i]["CreationDate"].ToString(); //date fetched in this column in format MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

I would like to change all the date format of DataTable row to dd-MM-yyyy hh:mm:ss format.

How to achieve it.
