use 32bit hashcode in 64bit windows 2008 with 64bit IIS 7.0

What error you are getting

I have used hashcode logic in password checking routine. So when I enter user id and password, I show me wrong password. No error generated during password check through oracle procedure. I am generating & passing hashcode which is  entered by user as password.

If you have any idea or solution, pls share with me.

Do you want to implement Encryption for passwords?

My problem is how to migrate my old 32bit server single sign on running application including password in hashcode which is developed in visual studio 2005 to 64bit server R2 server without changing all my application code. 

Password generated in 32bit old server is differnt than 64bit windows R2 server. so If I migrate my single sign on application, it will give invalid password message.

I don't think it should be different since you can use 32 bit hashcode on 64bit OS
