Error: 'Access to the path 'G:\PleskVhosts\rosannamall.com\httpdocs\i_test\error .jpg' is denied.' in GoDaddy server

I have hosting on godaddy.com how to login to cpanel using ussername and password we use asp.net hosting? Anyone knows?
