I recently tried to see how my test website will work online by uploading the files on a free hosting plan with limited host time but it was difficult to add my database that was when I found out that I must create a backup file for database with .bak extension.

What I want to know is how to back up database. Do I need to download SQL server management studio or does visual studio come with SQL server management studio?

How can I ink my database inside my visual studio project to a sql server management studio?
