Well, that's actually not the solution i was looking for.
I have tried this in a variety of ways.
This time as I stated, i am looking for an asp.net solution.
Gridview could not solve this for me.
Essentially, users can add as many rows as they want to and there are many Add More Rows button as represented in the screenshot below:
http://keniginc.com/WilogIncomeTax/dynamic.png
So, I would like assistance with looping through add more rows added and insert the results to the database.
For instance, this INSERT statement works but it only inserts one row:
Using cmd3 = New SqlCommand("INSERT INTO DividentDetails(dividentName, dividentAddress, dividentAmount,employeeID) VALUES(@divname, @divaddress,@divincome, @ID)")
cmd3.CommandType = CommandType.Text
cmd3.Parameters.AddWithValue("@divname", dividentname.text)
cmd3.Parameters.AddWithValue("@divaddress", dividentAddress)
cmd3.Parameters.AddWithValue("@divincome", data.dvidentIncome)
cmd3.Parameters.AddWithValue("@ID", HttpContext.Current.Session("empID"))
' cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@CreatedDate", DateTime.Now)
cmd3.Connection = con
cmd3.ExecuteNonQuery()
End Using
I want to loop through all records from divident info which starts with <tr Id="addr3"> in the HTML markup.
Can you or someone please help?
Thanks,
