Show ASP.Net AJAX Modal Popup Extender when user idle for some time

you need to use jQuerys setTimeout function. As I done in the following snippet.

<div id="dvTest" style="background-color:Yellow;width:200px;height:100;border:1px solid black;display:none;">
        <div align="center">
        Hi this popup is shown after specific time.
        </div>
        <div align="center">
            <asp:Button ID="btnOk" Text="Ok" runat="server" />
        </div>
    </div>
    <asp:LinkButton ID="linkButton1" Text="" runat="server" />
    <uc:ModalPopupExtender ID="mpTest" BehaviorID="mpTest" runat="server" TargetControlID="linkButton1" PopupControlID="dvTest" CancelControlID="btnOk"></uc:ModalPopupExtender>

the jQuery function,

 $(function () {
        setTimeout(function () {
            $find("mpTest").show();
        }, 1000);
    });

Here 1000 is delay in time its in milisecond, you can change it as per your requirement.
