How to access website with HostName in ASP.Net

I am trying to deploy a site on IIS 10 to use locally. When I am trying to open it with Host Name its not working but working fine with IP address. 

The message it is throwing is : This page can not be reached. Try this Verify that the URL is correct: http: // website
