Connection must be valid and open to commit transaction when importing excel file using mysql

You need to open the connection and close it when you have done with your transaction.

Also you need to write your code within the using block.

here is my some code containg number of transaction command  in conditions.

when excuting  

Ccmd22.CommandText = "call prc_DistChallan (  1       ," + Session["distributorid"].ToString() + ",'" + pubid + "'," +  ) ";

   Ccmd22.ExecuteNonQuery(); here is my connection terminated automatically.

but when killing sleep process in mysql it work .

You need to write it like this.

con.Open();
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
con.Close();

Seems like everyone is accessing same Excel file. An excel file can be used only by one person at a time.
