ASP.Net AsyncFileUpload control not available in AJAX Control Toolkit for .Net 2.0

I install the ajaxtoolkit and add reference of it to toolbox i get various element of ajaxtoolkit but there is no available asyncfileupload control.

plz help me. why it is not shown in toolbox even i install ajaxtoolkit. in .net framework 2.0 using visual studio 2005

It is not available in 2.0 version of AAjaxControlToolkit, so you canot use it unless you upgrade and use latest AjaxControlToolkit.
