User Registration and login with phone number instead email address in ASP.Net MVC 4 Razor

How to do registration based on phone number and sign in with phone number ,upto now i did using with email id now i need to change the functionality ,like face book i have to register with phone number then i need send confirmation code to email after i need to sign in based on phone number how to do this in mvc4 razor?
